Here’s all the information you need about our rates and booking process:
Nightly Rate:
Our rate is $800 per night, providing you with exceptional value for an extraordinary retreat experience. Holiday rates my apply.
Deposit & Payment:
A $1,000 deposit is required upon booking to secure your dates.
The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before your arrival date. For cancellations within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Damage Fee:
We collect a $1,000 refundable damage fee at the time of booking. This fee will be returned to you after a satisfactory inspection of the retreat at the end of your stay.
Cleaning Fee:
A one-time cleaning fee of $500 ensures that the retreat is spotless and ready for your arrival.
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
We require a minimum stay of 3 nights to ensure you have ample time to relax and enjoy all that Bloomer Springs has to offer.
